I have recently been testing the VIIcode Oxygen Eye Cream! I have used and loved their oxygen eye mask (see my full review here) so I was excited to be able to test this eye cream and share it with you on the blog. While I was researching this product online, I discovered that this eye cream was actually created in the 18th century for Queen Josephine (the wife of Napoleon). The formula of this “royal cream” was kept a secret for 100 years!
According to VIIcode, the Oxygen Eye Cream uses an “exclusive T2stone mortar extraction process” that helps facilitate the healing and regeneration of damaged skin cells near the eyes. Basically, this means that this product activates your skin’s natural repair system which will decrease any signs of aging and make your under-eyes look more radiant. What more could you ask for in an eye cream?
The key ingredients include:
- Elderberries – makes your skin glow and appear more youthful
- Jojoba Oil – lessens the appearance of wrinkles while keeping your skin hydrated
- Evening Primrose – treats tired eyes by boosting blood circulation
I was immediately impressed by the packaging of the VIIcode Oxygen Eye Cream. The eye cream comes in a luxurious black pouch. The container itself is small and sleek and it comes with a crescent-shaped activation strip. The activation strip is used prior to applying the eye cream and is supposed to remove any dead skin cells and allow the cream to sink in faster and work better.
I really enjoyed the VIIcode Oxygen Eye Cream. I think that the activation strip is very innovative and the overall packaging is fantastic. The eye cream felt very nice on my skin and did reduce any puffiness that I had. It is definitely on the pricey side but I found that a little bit of this product goes a long way! What do you think of the VIIcode Oxygen Eye Cream? Will you be picking it up?
